  2. Hi J'Varn, what a beautiful poem you have written.
I wonder if people know how difficult it is to write a Haiku? The first line has to have exactly 5 syllables, the second line has to have exactly 7 syllables and the third line has to have exactly 5 syllables again.
You have written a gorgeous poem within the Haiku structure! It is full of imagery and meaning.
Here is a Haiku I wrote about the lockdown:
    The world is on hold
    Awaiting a positive
    change for the better

Did you enjoy writing your Haiku? Are you going to write more? bye : )

  4. Thanks J'Varn, I like writing them too.
Thanks for sharing how you write Haiku so other people might be able to try it for themselves. What a great way to get ideas! Maybe the class could try to do it in one of our Google Hangouts. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your Haiku, I wonder what you will write about next? bye : )
