Te Ako when she was in the Hill

When my mum and I  went to the Coromandel  we took my cat Te Ako. After  three hours and we let her outside then she just ran up the hill we could not catch her but then we did get  her. The next morning my mum got a little rope then tied it around  Te Ako but not choking  her she escape ran into the bush to start her adventure!

My story by Te ako 
Wow this place is awesome , I can see lots of yummy birds and teal blue water . No one can catch me I am having so much fun . I climbed up the Pohutukawa tree passed three wetas and saw a big fat Tui sitting on the branch. Really wanted to see a Kiwi but i didnt. So I pounce on the dumb lazy Tui yum got you ... Dinner 
J'varn came  back with her mum its been five days and I like being by myself I'm fearless. 
J'varn calls out to me I am just sitting in the tree I say a big hello happy to see J'varn. But I'm not ready to go home yet. 
I can smell roast chicken yum my favourite. J'varn puts my blanky in to the garage with a bowl of milk and some roast chicken. I sneak in to the garage and have a feed. Bang goes the door ... damn I'm trapped no more freedom in to the cat box I go. I loved  my Te Puru adventure.
Te Ako's mum Moana 
I'm sitting on J'varn we are in the car heading down the coast I can see cows and cars as we drive past them. Finally we arrive at nana Maes house . I can smell the ocean and the fish I can here the morepoke in the tree beside the sleepout. Nikau the spoilt dogue bordeaux is here I hate him he trys to get me I am to fast for him because he is fat. I'm on holiday I sleep in the room and the kids try to steal me but I only let J'varn cuddle me. My family all ways leave the window opened I go for a walk up the bush but I always come back. I like  my holidays with my whanau , I have been to two wedding in Te Puru, Rotorua and Ohope I'm a travelling cat.

My facts about Koalas

1. Koala are not bears they are marsupials.
2. Koala live in southeastern Australia and east Australia and the out back of Sydney.
3. Koala can only live in Australia they eat Eucalyptus leaves .
4. This is Peter he is 8 yrs old lives at Dream World, Australia, he eats 3.3 kg of leaves a day that is more than 3 blocks of 1kg cheese , thats alot of leaves.
5. Koala can sleep up to 18 hours a day.

This is me on ANZAC day

I did have fun making ANZAC biscuits . I can  see why the soldiers love them families  from NZ and Australia would send these yummy cookies overseas .I guess it reminded them of home it would of been very tough for a young soldier.
